Cancellations received by 1 April 2015 will receive a full refund, less a £50/€65 cancellation fee subject to vat at 20%. After 1 April, no refunds will be honoured. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge.

Yes. Training Services courses are available for customers at early bird pricing until 31 Jan 2015 and standard pricing from 1 Feb 2015.

Temperatures for April in London vary between 12-16 C. Visitors should pack appropriate clothing for colder evenings.
During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate. The Summit networking reception on the evening of Wednesday 29 April is casual. Partner Sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.
