What is included in the registration fee?
Your Summit registration includes admission to all keynote and breakout sessions and to the Community Pavilion. It also includes meals, admission to our evening drinks reception and to the Summit Celebration.
Does the registration fee include air fares and hotel accommodation?
All transportation costs and hotel accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. Please contact the hotline +44 1462 744932 or adobe@eventbooking.uk.com if you do not receive confirmation.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments or bank transfers and cheques. Purchase orders should be addressed to:

Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at anytime, free of charge. Please submit all transfer requests to adobe@eventbooking.uk.com For further questions regarding registration please call Adobe Registration Hotline on +44 1462 744932.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations received before 11th April will receive a full refund, less a £50/€65 cancellation fee subject to VAT at 20%. After 11th April, no refunds will be honoured. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge.
Is there an additional charge for Adobe Training Services?
Yes. Training Services courses are available for customers as follows:

£914 / €1,076 for 2-day course
£457 / €538 for 1-day course

There is an option to sign up for Adobe Training Services classes when you register for the conference. Training sessions are planned with 8 -20 delegates per class depending on the product.

Are discounted rates available at the Summit hotels?
Yes, discounted rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels in the local area. Accommodation can be booked with these hotels by clicking here. To take advantage of our discounted negotiated rates, you must book through Event Express, our preferred booking agency. All reservations, amendments and cancellations are confirmed in writing. The closest airport is London City Airport (Travel time 5 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR). ExCeL London is also easily accessible from all London airports and mainline train stations. The closest Docklands Light Railway station is Prince Regent for ExCeL (east). London City Airport is open from 05:00 – 22:00 on week days. What kind of weather should I anticipate?

Dress Code
During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate. The Summit Celebration reception on the evening of Wednesday 11th May is casual. Partner Sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.
