Preconference training

What preconference hands-on training will be available?

Adobe Training Services courses are available for customers at a rate of £439 / €549 per one-day session and £878 / €1107 per two-day session. There is an option to sign up for Adobe Training Services classes when you register for the conference. Training classes will be held prior to the conference on Monday, 27 April and Tuesday, 28 April, 2015.

One-day courses (Monday 27 April 2015)

The purpose of this one day course is to provide an introduction into Adobe Campaign. This course is an opportunity for attendees to see the capabilities of the solution and how it can support and grow current Marketing Strategies as well as drive new ones.

This one-day training will teach you how to use Dynamic Tag Management in order to manage tags for your Adobe Analytics implementation. You will learn how to create a DTM data layer via Data Elements. You will also learn how to create Rules for Page Loads, User Events and Direct Calls in order to fire tags throughout your site. Additionally, you will learn debugging techniques for DTM to verify that your tags are working as intended, as well as best practices and tips to avoid timing issues and other pitfalls.

This training will explore Adobe Social analytics in the context of your overall analytics insights. The following topics are covered in this course:

  • Overview of flow and linkage between several aspects of the Marketing Cloud working together
  • Integration of Social with Analytics
  • Integration of Target with social and analytics
  • Workflow following users through from social utilising Social Apps, along with coding etc. for integrating information from social networks into the final Adobe Analytics insights
  • Optimising on the results of the information gathered above
  • Integrating Social interaction into every segment of your online digital footprint
One-day courses (Tuesday 28 April 2015)

This one-day training will teach you how to use Dynamic Tag Management in order to manage tags for your Adobe Analytics implementation. The objective of this one day course is to provide best practices to deploy a personalised cross-channel offer catalogue while coherently managing communications and analysing their impact. Adobe Campaign Interaction features a high-performance marketing offer recommendation engine servicing inbound and outbound channels. In real-time, on inbound channels (Web, call centre, point of sale) and within outgoing messages (email, SMS, direct mail), Adobe Campaign Interaction suggests one or more marketing offers based on individual profiles, past responses and present behaviour. Adobe Campaign Interaction lets you bring inbound channels into your marketing mix and lift relevance of outbound messages. The application lets marketers leverage every opportunity of contact to inflect individual behaviour in support of long-term customer value-creation strategies.

This two-day training will review the key topics of Multi Site Management. Participants who complete this course will:

  • Be familiar with background Rollouts and Rollout configurations
  • Have edited existing Live Copy configurations Understand diff-view in components
