What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, hands-on Training Labs (pre-registration required, while available), Q&A with the experts, and the Community Pavilion. It also includes all general receptions, entertainment, all meals at the conference, and a lift ticket for the ski day (equipment rental is available at an additional cost and is limited to 600 guests).
Is there an additional charge for Adobe Training Services (formerly known as Omniture University Training)?
Yes. Adobe® Training Services courses are available for customers at a rate of US$700 per one-day session and US$1400 per two-day session. There is an option to sign up for Adobe Training Services classes when you register for the conference.
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
Transportation between the Salt Lake City Airport and all hosting hotels is available via a 10-15 minute taxi ride. In addition, most Summit host hotels offer shuttle service, which can be arranged via service phones found near the baggage areas in Terminals 1 and 2 at the airport.
Complimentary Summit shuttles between the Salt Palace Convention Center and these hotels are available during the conference: Sheraton, Doubletree Suites/Red Lion*, Little America, Marriott City Center.

All other host hotels are within walking distance to the SPCC (1/2 to 3 blocks).
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. Please submit all transfer requests to Adobesummit@gpjreg.com
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (Adobesummit@gpjreg.com) no later than Monday, February 18, 2013. All cancellations made on or before February 18, 2013, are subject to a cancellation fee of US$100. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 18, 2013.
Note that if you have not cancelled on or before Monday, February 18, 2013, and have an outstanding balance due, you will be invoiced for the full amount; any outstanding balance will be due within 30 business days of date of invoice.
Hotel Accommodations
Summit 2013 hotels are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains to the east and the Oquirrh Mountains and Great Salt Lake to the west, SLC hotels are within walking distance from shopping, restaurants, cultural and sporting events, and only 30 to 40 minutes from major, world-class ski resorts.
Hotels sell out quickly, so book your room early. Room rates are based upon availability and special rates expire by February 11, 2013. To take advantage of our discounted negotiated rates, please select your preferred hotel through the Summit registration system.

What is the closest airport?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10-minute shuttle or taxi drive from most of the event hotels and The Salt Palace Convention Center.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
Salt Lake City is typically cold in early March, with the potential for snow, so you should plan accordingly.
How should I dress?
Plan to bring warm clothes. Long pants, heavy coats, hats, and gloves are suggested for outside activities. During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate.
Are discounted rates available at the Summit hotels?
Yes, discounted rates have been negotiated at each hotel, and are available through the registration system. Discounted rates are subject to availability. See Hotel Accommodations above for further details.

Yes, Adobe Digital Marketing Summit is the new, consolidated Adobe event for web analysts, digital marketers, digital advertisers and publishers, content strategists, and social marketers.
