Make Summit your own

Adobe Digital Marketing Summit 2012 offers an online session catalog and dynamic session scheduling application which enables you to easily browse sessions and labs to build your personal Summit schedule. Search through sessions and labs by various criteria, including required skill level, track, audience, featured products, or keyword. You can view all of the Summit Catalog content at any time, but you cannot actually schedule sessions until you have registered for Adobe Digital Marketing Summit 2012.

Features of the Summit Scheduler

Build your personal Summit schedule

Once you have registered for a Digital Marketing Summit 2012 conference pass, you can launch the Summit Scheduler and use the same username and password you created during the Summit 2012 registration process to sign in. Click on the “My Schedule” link on the right navigation to view your personal calendar. Click the “+ Add Session” button at any available times to view the list of sessions available during that timeslot and select the session you would like to add to your personal schedule. You’ll see your sessions appear in your calendar as you add them. Be sure to pay close attention to the technical level and the recommended audience type within each of the session descriptions before selecting your sessions.

Auto Scheduler

The Summit Scheduler has a feature to select the sessions that you want to attend and then allow the system to populate your schedule based on your session interests. To take advantage of this feature, go to the Session Catalog link, browse the sessions that you are interested in by using the filters at the top, and select “Add to My Interests” next to the session description. Once you’ve completed adding all of the sessions you are interested in, click on Auto Scheduler and select “Start Auto Scheduler” and the system will automatically schedule your sessions based on the time slots you have available in your calendar and also notify you of sessions that may have a time conflict.

Register early - sessions and labs sell out!

Sessions and labs fill up early. Be sure to create your personal Summit schedule as soon as possible to guarantee your sessions and labs. Want to attend a sold-out session or lab? Register for the session waiting list by adding the session to your schedule. You will be notified that you are on the waiting list. We will admit waiting list registrants as space opens up. Participants will be admitted on a space-available, first-come, first-served basis.

Locate session rooms

Session room locations will be finalized one week before Summit 2012. Once they are finalized, we will notify you via email, so you can log into the Summit Scheduler to see where your sessions will be held.

Add a personal meeting

As part of the Summit Scheduler, you also have the option to add personal meetings to your schedule so you can keep track of any customer meetings or lunch meet-ups all within one schedule.

Export to your Calendar

Click on the “Export” link at the top of My Schedule to export your schedule directly to your personal calendaring system just before the conference.
