Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at anytime, free of charge. Please submit all transfer requests to adobe@eventbooking.uk.com For further questions regarding registration please call Adobe Registration Hotline on +44 1462 744932.

Cancellations received by 10 April 2017 will receive a full refund, less a £50/€65 cancellation fee subject to vat at 20%. After 10 April, no refunds will be honoured. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge.

Yes. Adobe Digital Learning Services courses are available for customers at the following pricing:
Two-day courses £1,100 / 1,300 €
One-day courses £550 / 650 €
Half-day courses £225 / 325 €
You can register for Adobe Digital Learning Services classes from the main Summit EMEA registration portal. Training sessions are planned with 10 -20 delegates per class depending on the product. You do not need to hold a Summit conference pass to purchase training classes.

Situated in a stunning waterfront location, ExCeL London is located in the heart of London's Royal Docks, within easy reach of central London. The venue is part of a 100 acre campus, including 3 onsite DLR stations, easy access to the Jubilee Line and London City Airport, parking for 3,700 cars, six onsite hotels and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.

London Transport news - Custom House for ExCeL station on the DLR will be closed until November 2017 due to the station being re-developed. While the station will be closed trains will continue to run and will stop at Prince Regent station.

The closest airport is London City Airport (Travel time 5 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR). ExCeL London is also easily accessible from all London airports and mainline train stations. The closest Docklands Light Railway station is Prince Regent for ExCeL (east). London City Airport is open from 05:00 – 22:00 on week days. Temperatures for May in London vary between 14-18 C. Visitors should pack appropriate clothing for chilly evenings.

During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate. The Summit Celebration reception on the evening of Wednesday 10 May is casual. Partner Sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.
